Abstract/Citation
Amends the Public Bodies (Performance and Accountability) Act 2001. Provisions:
1. Short title and commencement
2. Definition of Community Service Obligation is amended in section 9
3. Minister may direct a Community Service Obligation as amended in section 10
4. Declaration of Pecuniary Interests and Convictions as amended in section 20
5. Corporate Plan - In section 22(1) of the Principal Act, for "draft" substitute "approved".
6. Support by the Financial Secretary amended section 28(3)(a).
