Abstract/Citation
Makes amendments to three of the articles in the Constitution. Article 14(3) is amended with respect to the need to have the composition of the federal Government reflect the different ethnic groups and was gender balanced. Section 147(3) is amended concerning appointments by the President and that gender and ethnicity be taken into account. No gender shall be represented by 35% or less representatives. Section 222(2)(b) at line five, the following is to be inserted: "and by the same token has 35% of the total number of such members as women representatives."
