Amends the following articles:
- article 78 concerning joint authority of the Legislative Chamber and the Senate of the Oliy Majlis;
- article 80 concerning the exclusive powers of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- article 93 concerning the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- article 96 on provisions in case of President's failure to perform duties due to Poor Health; and
- article 98 on Cabinet of Ministers Functioning, Power and Competences.
