Résumé/Citation: - Article 1. Makes numerous amendments to the Construction Workers Leave and Severance Pay Act: Section I §§ 1 till 3, is named Scope and General principles, and consists of following under sections: Scope, Assignment prohibition, General principle, new § 31a concerning jobs database construction, other amendments regarding inter alia the composition, voting and prerogatives of Employees and Employers Committee (§ 15 para. 2 and 3), vacation and severance fund composition and the assets of the fund;
- Article 2. Amends the Worker Protection Act with minor amendments concerning relevant reports being submitted via Internet;
- Article 3. Amends the Construction Work Coordination Act concerning the notice of the Labour Inspectorate and the Construction Workers' Holiday and Redundancy Fund being submitted via internet;
- Article 4. Labour Inspection Act: §20 para 8 and 9 added usage of web application by the Labour Inspectorate;
- Article 5. Amends the Federal Act on labour inspection in the transport sector [this Act has since been repealed].
