| Résumé/Citation: | Article 1. - Amends the Act on Residence, Employment and Integration of Foreigners within the Territory of the Federal Republic of Germany by adding new sections: - §78 concerning documents with electronic data storage - §78a concerning forms confirming the residence title in exceptional cases and replacement ID - §105b concerning provisions valid in transitionally period. Article 2. Amends the Freedom of Movement for EU Citizens Act (FreizügG/EU). Makes minor amendments to the wording, and also adds new section §11a on ordinance authorization. Article 3. Amends the Act on the Asylum Process with respect to numbering. Article 4. provides for the entry into force of the Act. |
