|Résumé/Citation:||Section 1: Kuwaiti or non-Kuwaiti working mothers are entitled to a special leave with full pay when they accompany a sick child to hospital.
Section 2: Child's age is not required in this condition, however, it shall be determined in the light of the child's situation and the necessity of his/her mother's presence, which must be proven by medical report certified by the Ministry of Health.
Section 3: This Order enters into force once it has been published in the official Gazette. Paragraph (c) of the Civil Service Council Order No. 1 of 1993 is repealed.
