Résumé/Citation: Amends article 4 on collective agreements and contract of employment. After article 8 supplements a new article on abuse at workplace. Amends article 11 on parental leave, articles 24, 25, and 26 on duration of contracts, article 43 on temporary work, article 53 on work hours, articles 62 and 63 on weekly rest, articles 68 and 69 on annual leave, article 71 on non-discrimination, article 78 on wages, article 87 on status changes, articles 92, 93 and 94 on redundancy. After article 102 supplements a new article on protection of workers who report corruption, amends articles 110 and 111 on protection of workers with family responsibility. After article 112 supplements a new article on family leave and compensation, and after article 143 a new article on unjustified reasons for termination of work contract. Amends article 172 on penal provisions and infringement by employers, and supplements, after article 174, a new article on deadline for conclusion of a contract for mutual rights.
