Repeals chapter 8 section 1 (as amended by Act 307/2004) section 5 and 6 (1) and 11 section 2 (5) p.5.
Amends chapter 1 section 3, section 5 (1), p.9, p.10 and p.10a and section 9, chapter 2 section 1, section 11 (1), section 14, section 17 (1) and section 18-21, chapter 5 section 10 (2), chapter 6 section 11 (1) and section 11 (3) (introductory paragraph), chapter 7 section 11, chapter 8 section 2 (2), (3) p.2 and (5), section 3 (2), section 4 (2), section 4a (1) p.2 and (2), section 6 (3) and section 7 (1), p.4, and chapter 11 section 2 (3), (4) p.11, p.16 and p.17, and (5) p.3 point and section 4 (1) respecting objectives, unemployment benefits, definitions, labour market policy conditions to obtain benefits general limitations to obtain benefits, adjusted and reduced unemployment benefits, conditions to obtain unemployment benefit, amount and period of unemployment benefit, labour market benefit, special limits, amount and period of benefits, daily cash benefit during training of unemployed persons, implementation, revision of decision, rules governing information, and miscellaneous (as amended by Acts 459/2005, 1217/2005, 970/2003, 1053/2008, 344/2009, 1560/2009, 548/2006, 1188/2009, 1252/2006 and 1199/2009).
Introduces a new section 1a and 18a to chapter 2, a new section 12 to chapter 7 and a new section 2 (4) p.18 to chapter 11 respecting labor market subsidies.
