It amends several provisions of the Regulations on Associations published in the official gazette No. 25772 dated 31.03.05: amends article 5 (permit); repeals paragraph 4 of Article 6; repeals the words "two copies" of paragraph 1 of Article 7 and sentence (a); repeals the last sentence of paragraph 3 of article 8; repeals the words "two copies" of paragraph 2 of Article 9 and amends the part concerning the permits; it repeals the last sentence of paragraph 1 of article 11 and paragraph 2 of article 17; amends paragraph 1 of articles 18 and 19 by replacing the words "association or foundation" by "association"; amends article 20 (Documents to be attached to the application form); repeals annex 5, article 21, last sentence of paragraph 1 of article 25, second sentence of paragraph 1 of article 29; amends paragraph 1 of article 31 (balance sheet); amends article 50 and sentence 1 of paragraph 1 of article 51(application form to be considered as an association working in the public interest); repeals the words "3 copies" mentioned in paragraph 1 of article 54; amends paragraph 1 of article 55 (vacation request); amends paragraph 1 (b) of article 58 (office); repeals the first sentence of paragraph 1 of article 83 and paragraph 3 of the same article, the last sentence of paragraph 1 of Article 93; amends articles 96 and 99 (Electronic filling of tax declarations and notifications).
