Abstract/Citation
Repeals title following chapter 23 article 1.
Amends chapter 23 articles 1-3 and 5, chapter 33 article 1, chapter 36 article 4 concerning provisions for secrecy within education sector etc. Amends titles preceding chapter 23 articles 1-3 and 5.
Introduces a new article 13a to chapter 25 (secrecy within student health) and a new title preceding chapter 23 article 1.
