Abstract/Citation
Amendments are made to the principal Ordinance so as to include cultivation of all cultivable land as duty of owners and occupiers of land and to provide anew in respect of the Agricultural Area Committees. The Committees are now composed of members of a panel not exceeding twenty four members.
