Contains 2 sections concerning state pensions to employees at special vocational schools. Those employed at a special vocational school as of 1 January 2009, and who were born before January 1, 1980, shall remain subject to the Act on state pensions (1295/2006). Those employed by a special vocational school on 31 December 2008, and who were born after December 31, 1979, shall be subject to the Act (395/2006) on pensions for workers, which comes into effect as from January 1, 2009.
