Résumé/Citation: Part I: Regulates the compensation for income loss due to a work accident or an occupational disease and compensation of expenditures related to the care of survivors according to the labour law norms
Part II: Regulates the compensation for loss of income due to invalidity and regulation of compensation of expenditures related to the care of survivors according to the civil law norms.
Part III: Common provisions

The compensation in both Part I and II are increased by 3.9% for rents attributed before the 1st of January 2011 and applicable with the first payment coming after the 31st of December 2010.
