| Résumé/Citation: | CHAPTER I - AMENDMENTS TO THE ACT ON SICKNESS INSURANCE Part I - amends Act No. 187/2006 on Sickness Insurance. Part II - amends the following sections of the Act No. 589/1992 on social security and state employment policy premiums: Sections 5b, 5c, 7, 9, 14c, 15b, 17, 22, and 23b. CHAPTER II - AMENDMENTS TO THE ACT ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND STATE EMPLOYMENT Part III - amends the following sections of the Act No. 262/2006 (Labour Code): Section 66, 76, 77, 123, 192 and 194. Part IV - includes transitional provisions that deal with contributions concerning Act 589/1992 CHAPTER III - AMENDMENTS TO THE LABOUR ACT Part V - amends following sections of the Act No. 435/2004 on employment: Sections 5, 25, 30, 39, 44. Adds Section 44a. Amends sections 50, 56. Adds section 58a. Amends Sections 59 and 60; adds section 60a. Amends sections 61-63, 65, 104, 114. Part VI - amends the following sections of Act No. 108/2006 on social services: Sections 11, 15, 18. Repeals section 18a. Amends sections 25, 29, 82, 92, 107. CHAPTER IV - AMENDMENTS TO THE STATE SOCIAL SUPPORT ACT Part VII - amends the laws concerning the State social support (Act 117/1995).
