ORDIN Nr. 8 din 19.01.2010 privind modul de eliberare a autorizaţiilor tehnice în domeniul securităţii industriale
Abstract/Citation
In compliance with the Law no. 803-XIV of 11.02.2000 on industrial safety of dangerous industrial equipment and the Government Decision no. 1180 of 30.09.03 "On Approval of the Regulation on granting technical approvals for operation and storage of petroleum products to petrol stations and liquefied gas", establishes procedure of delivery of technical safety certificates in the oil terminals and other related sectors.
Repeals the Ministry of Economy and Trade Order No. 135 of 26.11.2008 "On the way of technical permits industrial security" and Order No. 94 of 27.05.2009 amending Order No. 135.
