| Résumé/Citation: | Regulates the conditions of entry and departure of foreign citizens in and out of Moldova, rights and duties of foreigners in the country. According to article 4, foreigners are allowed to work in the country provided that they obtain authorization from the competent body. Repeals the previous Law on Migration of 2002 (article 93). |
