Establishes the percentage rate related to provisions in section 29 (2) of the Act on Pension Insurance Companies (354/1997), section 132 (3) of the Insurance Fund Act (1164/1992) and section 88 (6) of the Pension Act (1774/1995) respecting business capital to be transferred between pension providers. The new percentage rate is 24.1.
