Second Region

Makes various amendments to the Public Service Commission Regulations, in particular regulation 2 concerning definitions; Regulation 13 (supervision of Commission over training and recruitment); Regulation 14 (promotions); 15 (service schemes); new Regulation 15A (advertisements); Regulation 16 (impartiality of the Commissioner in recruitment procedures); as well as Regulations 19, 19A, 25, 32, 35, 35A, new Part IVA - Disciplinary Control Through Statutory Disciplinary Body. Also revokes and replaces the First Schedule to the Regulations.
