Amends Articles 12 and 13 of the Federal Employees Benevolent Fund and Group Insurance Act, 1969 (II of 1969) which refer to Schedule 3. Reference to this Schedule is modified to say "as may be prescribed" (article 12) and "may be prescribed" (article 13). Schedule 3 is repealed.
