Second Region

Section 3 of these Regulations (made under the Export Processing Zone Welfare Fund Act 1987) provides that "The workers' contributions shall be deducted from the workers' earnings and paid to the Fund by every export enterprise." Penalties for the making of false statements in connection with monthly statements are provided for in s.7. Forms attached.
