Résumé/Citation: Introduces the following 7 chapters based on the Active Employment Promotion Act:
Chapter 1 (art. 1) concerning the scope of the Order, including provisions on expatriate posting.
Chapter 2 (art. 2) concerning areas on the labour market that cannot employ 'flexi jobs' workers (fleksjobs).
Chapter 3 (art. 3) concerning reduction in the subsidies under the 'salary contributions' system to employers hiring a person for a 'flexi job'.
Chapter 4 (art. 4-8) concerning contributions for private sector entrepreneurs with work disablement.
Chapter 5 (art. 9-12) concerning the right to and subsidies for 6 weeks of education of choice under this Order.
Chapter 6 (art. 13) concerning cancellation and refund of contributions in cases of abuse.
Chapter 7 (art. 14-15) concerning the obligation of the local municipality to issue flexi job certificates.
