In order to ensure maximum transparency of the judicial system and the equal application of the law, this Law regulates the procedure for access to Court decisions. Article 2 provides, inter alia, that persons who are not part of the judicial case can still obtain access to all information on its final outcome in case if it directly concerns their rights, interests, liberties and duties, as provided by the Ukrainian legislation.
