Résumé/Citation: Amends articles 1 and 3 concerning the content and scope of the ordinance; art. 7-7a concerning the time frame and obligations for persons participating in labour market policy programmes; art. 8 and 9 concerning conditions for participation in labour market policy programmes for persons, over the age of 25 years; art. 14a concerning trials and traineeships for persons without experience from the Swedish labour market; and art. 18 concerning subsidies for enterprise creation under labour market policy programmes.
Adds articles 7b-c concerning conditions for participation in labour market policy programmes on a part-time basis; art. 10 concerning exclusion criteria related to sick leave; art. 20 and 21 concerning special activation for persons trying to maintain partial contact to the labour market; and art. 30a-c concerning measures to introduce persons to working life after long-term sick leave.
