Second Region

Amends articles 2 and 4 concerning eligibility for subsidies under the job guarantee scheme; art. 5, 5b and 5c concerning eligibility, participation and calculation of subsidies in the youth job and development guarantee, including for parents; art. 6 and 7 concerning the calculation and payment of employment assistance and development benefits by the Social Insurance Fund; and art. 24a concerning the obligation of the Swedish Public Employment Service to provide personal data to the Social Insurance Fund.
Adds article 5f concerning employment assistance benefits for persons disabled from working; and article 24c concerning the obligation of the Social Insurance Fund to provide personal data of persons on sick leave from an employment assistance scheme to the Swedish Public Employment Service.
