Amends chapter 1, article 7, concerning secrecy for certain government institutions, commissions and the ombudsman; and chapter 10, article 10, concerning the limits of secrecy in the judicial system.
Adds chapter 42, article 8a-8d concerning secrecy in the State's Inspection for the Defense Intelligence Agency.
