Chapter 1 introduces art. 1-10 concerning the duties and responsibilities of the Agency.
Chapter 2 introduces art. 11-12 concerning the role of the Agency in contributing statistical material to other actors working with sustainable growth, such as the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth.
Chapter 3 introduces art. 13 concerning the management structure of the Agency.
Chapter 4 introduces art. 14 concerning the responsibility for recruitment to the Agency.
Chapter 5 introduces art. 15 concerning the election of a staff representative.
Chapter 6 introduces art. 16 concerning the Agency's application of the Staff Representative Ordinance (1987:1101).
Chapter 7 introduces art. 17 concerning the commercial activities of the Agency in cases where assignments are taken on for actors other than the Government and the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth.

Repeals Ordinance (2007:1116).
