Abstract/Citation
Section 1 provides framework for the activation plan with respect to Section 19(2) of the Act No. 111/2006. Section 2 implements Section 20(2) of the Act providing a framework to determine case by case the needs of a person in material distress. Section 3 provides for possibility to increase social assistance to certain persons.
