| Résumé/Citation: | Article 7.bis is added to Decree no. 114/1996 regarding the protection of employees for hazards at the work place. Sets the conditions and rules that factories should follow in order to guarantee the safety of its workers. Article 18 is also amended regarding the safety measures to be taken by the employer. Article 20 is amended to set the rules of how to provide the proper equipment to ensure the safety and security of the workers. |
