Résumé/Citation: Article 51(c) of the Civil Service Law No. 35 of 2006 is amended as follows:
"Maternity Leave: Female employees are entitled to 60 days leave, starting from the day she gives birth, and it is also possible, following a special request from the employee, to receive this leave up to 15 days before the estimated day of the delivery."
