Inserts a new sections into the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860) concerning "Kidnapping, abducting or inducing woman to compel for marriage etc." (section 365B); "Kidnapping or abducting in order to subject person to unnatural lust" (section 367B); "Selling person for purposes of prostitution, etc." (section 371A); "Buying person for purposes of prostitution, etc." (section 371B); changes the definition of "rape" (section 375); and increases penalty for rape (section 376); creates a new offence "Cohabitation caused by a man deceitfully inducing a belief of lawful marriage" (section 493A); also inserts new sections 496A, B and C concerning enticing or taking away or detaining with criminal intent a woman.
Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Act V of 1898) by inserting new sections 203A, B and C and amends the 11th Schedule (penalties). Also Amends the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 (Ordinance No. VII of 1979), the Offence of Qazf (Enforcement of Hadd) Ordinance, 1979 (VIII of 1979) and the Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1939 (VIII of 1939).
