| Résumé/Citation: | The object of the policy document is to analyze the current social security program in order to identify the gaps in different areas and to propose how to improve the program, with as the central goal to provide for all the Rwandan population adequate protection against the adverse consequences of various life cycle events and risks. The new vision for social security is "social security coverage for all". |
