Abstract/Citation
Provides that "workers, without distinction whatsoever, shall have the right to establish and, subject to the rules of the organization concerned, to join international associations of their own choosing without previous authorization" (article 3). Provides for measures to ensure freedom of association. Contains 90 articles.
