Articles 3 and 5 from Presidential Decree No. 474/1979 regarding Creating A General Authority for Maritime Transport are replaced. Article 3 provides "The General authority should execute the different laws related to internal maritime transport, and need to put a general plan for transport in rivers and different industrial work related to it. It should also set the different routs and maritime lines with the different ministries". Article 5 provides "Its sets the rules of the different members of the general authority".
