Defines, inter alia, the rights and duties of the insured person and the insurer; regulates the issues of accumulation of funds to ensure the effective functioning of the system of compulsory State insurance against occupational accidents and diseases; regulates issues related to receiving disability and loss of bread-winner pension; provides for competent bodies to revise any legislative act that may be in conflict with the present law.
