Résumé/Citation: Adapts national legislation to Directive No. 2002/73/EC of of September 23, 2002, and makes consequential amendments to article 2 concerning the definition of "direct and indirect discrimination". It also amends article 4 related to maternity leave, and the conditions of work. It replaces article 12 related to sexual harassment as well as article 18 related to the promotion of social dialogue between employers and workers, and article 19 concerning the promotion of equal treatment in the working environment and the promotion of dialogue with non-governmental organizations.
