Résumé/Citation: Chapter A offers the basic definitions of the notions formulated in the text and defines the area of implementation (the persons concerned by this law).
Chapter B refers to measures of controlling the border areas of immigrant flows and stipulates the creation of an inter-ministerial committee for the monitoring of the national immigration policies.
Chapter C underlines the general conditions of entry and residence of foreign citizens.
Chapter D refers to the general preconditions for granting residence permits.
Chapter E includes stipulations on working permits and the official procedures of granting them. Furthermore, there are special references to granting residence permits to a) seasonal workers, b) citizens working in a company of a country-member of the EU or the European Economic Space, c) citizens working in a company of other countries (outside EU), d) athletes and coaches, e) members of artistic groups and associations.
