Abstract/Citation
The purpose of the Act is to assist beneficiaries into paid employment while taking into account parental responsibilities and individual circumstances. Introduces a requirement for beneficiaries to prepare plans that will assist them to move towards employment. Amends the provisions of the Social Security Act relating, inter alia, to the establishment and recovery of debts.
