Abstract/Citation
Amends the 2004 Act by inserting a new section 35A. concerning the Commission's power of appointment. Sections 41 (temporary employees) and 44 (breach of code of conduct) of the Act are repealed and replaced by new sections. News sections 44A (investigation not required) and 48A (unauthorized absence) are introduced and sections 49 (appeal rights), 57 (age of retirement) and 58 (officers who are surplus to requirements) are amended.
