Second Region

Sets out the conditions, prohibitions or restrictions imposed on the manufacture, placing on the market or use of chemical substances and preparations in order to ensure protection against the influence of such substances and preparations on human health and the environment (Article 1).
Repeals the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Poland of 22 April 1927 Prohibiting the Use of White and Yellow Phosphorus in the Manufacture of Inflammable Products and the Act of 21 May 1963 on Poisonous Substances.
