Résumé/Citation: These regulations prescribe, for the purposes of the Employment Relations Act 2000, forms relating to the following matters: an application for an incorporated society to register as a union; a certificate of registration of an incorporated society as a union; a record of a strike or lockout; the demand notice that may be served on an employer by a Labour Inspector (or person authorised by a Labour Inspector) in any case where wages or holiday pay or other money payable by the employer under the Minimum Wage Act 1983 or the Holidays Act 1981 has not been paid to an employee.
