The Executive Council of the Emirate of Al Sharika Order No. 14, 2003 regarding application restrains on Article 45, of Law No. 5, 2001 concerning Civil Service in the Emirate of Al-Sharika.

Second Region

Makes certain precisions concerning implementation of article 45 of Law No. 2, 2001:
- "government" means any government in the UAE.
- if a married couple is working in governmental posts, each in a separate office, the housing allowance will only be given to the one with the highest wage, unless their work places are at least a 100 kilometers far from each others, in this case, they both receive housing allowance as a "single" rate and not according to the married rate.
