| Résumé/Citation: | Helps balance the treatment of part-time workers with that of ordinary workers by ensuring appropriate working conditions; improving employment management; encouraging part-timers to shift their status to ordinary workers; and promoting the development and improvement of their vocational abilities. These measures are applicable to part-time workers whose jobs and responsibilities involved in their assignments, as well as working hours, are more or less identical to those of regular employees. |
