Abstract/Citation
These Rules govern the practice and procedure to be followed in the criminal courts. They represent the first step in the creation of a new, consolidated Criminal Procedure Code. Part 3 contains new rules to facilitate the management of criminal cases by the court in accordance with the overriding objective.
