| Résumé/Citation: | These Regulations revoke and replace the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations (S.I. 2002/2675), the Asbestos (Licensing) Regulations 1983 (S.I. 1983/1649) and the Asbestos (Prohibitions) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/3067). They regulate the control and safe use of Asbestos and implement Council Directives 76/769/EEC, 83/477/EEC, 90/394/EEC and 98/24/EC. |
