Regulates the remuneration of cinema workers, including with respect to minimum wage, hours of work, holidays, payment of wages, transport benefits and subsidies, uniforms and protective equipment, annual leave, sick leave, medical expenses, special leave, maternity protection, end of year bonus, overseas leave, gratuity on reitrement before 60 on medical grounds, death grant and gratuity at death.
