| Résumé/Citation: | Stipulates the hours of work, including work done outdoors in the sun (section 2). If a workers works more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period, they are to be paid overtime (section 3). Employers are to post a sign indicating daily work hours (section 4). Employers are also to provide appropriate preventative measures to protect workers against occupational diseases and hazards (section 6). |
