Part 11 - Leave to appeal

Part 14 - Recovery of amounts paid under maintenance orders
Part 15 - Powers of judicial registrars
Part 17 - Alteration of property interests.
Also amends the Bankruptcy Act 1966 concerning jurisdiction of Family Court of Western Australia.
