Abstract/Citation
Prohibits the holding, conducting, convening, organizing and attending of public gatherings held in the open air for the purpose of communal discussion unless prior written consent is obtained from the Minister of General Affairs (Art. 1). Provides for penalties under the Penal Code for those who violate the Law (Arts. 8-9). The Decree does not apply to religious services held indoors or in closed spaces (Art. 13).
