Amends, i.a., ss. 6 (preventive measures), 15 and 16 (prohibition to discriminate against job seeker or employee), 17 (field of applicability of prohibition of employer to discriminate on the basis of sex), 21 (right of job seeker or employee to get information respecting person chosen for job, promotion etc.), 22 (prohibition to retaliate), 22a, 24, 25 and 27 (duty to investigate and take measures against harassment); adds, i .a., new ss. 1a, 1b, 16a (prohibition of harassment), 16b (prohibition to give instructions to discriminate) and 45a (burden of proof).
