Amends Article 87 of the Constitution concerning the Public Service Commission responsibilties as well as Article 89 concerning the Chief Justice, Article 32 concerning the appointment of the Deputy Prime Minister and Article 33 concerning the procedure when the Prime Minister is temporarily prevented from performing his or her functions.
